Returns & Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Wrong size delivered
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear pictures/video proof of the issue.
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags attached
Products sent back without approval will not be accepted.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any delivered orders.
Once an order has been delivered successfully, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests are accepted only once per order.
- Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
